Parsons is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our team of veteran systems engineers, logisticians, analysts, and Subject Matter Experts for the government’s Marine Corp Installation Command’s HQ Support contract. For this critical program, Parsons provides direct support to the Marine Corp, and enables the service to act as the single authority for all Marine Corps installations matters, exercise command and control of regional installation commands, establish policy, exercise oversight, and prioritize resources in order to optimize installation support to the Operating Forces, tenant commands, Marines, and family members.
The candidates’ responsibilities will include managing a team of 70+ individuals, located at multiple sites in the US and in Japan. In additional to providing full day-to-day responsibility for the team, this candidate will also provide coordination and direct engagement with senior Marine Corp leadership at the O6-O7 level, will develop advocacy and policy briefings, will support strategic analysis activities, and provide consistent financial status and programmatic insight to numerous stakeholders.

Candidate must meet all the key requirements shown here below:
Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent in business field)
Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience working within a USMC Installations Command (Headquarters or Regional level) or an HQMC agency. The candidate should have a clear understanding of MCICOM's organization, roles, mission, and structure and must have demonstrated ability to conduct daily communication at the O6/GS-15 Directorate level.
Required Skills and Expertise: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
