Outreach & Recruiting Coordinator (Job Number:435833)
SAIC is currently looking for an Outreach & Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for the following job responsibilities:
Assist in building a program to strengthen partnerships between the Intelligence Community (IC) and entities such as 1st and 2nd generation American “heritage communities,” academia and professional associations. Support the development of IC enterprise recruiting strategies and initiatives.
Support Chief Human Capital Office’s (CHCO) oversight role of the IC Wounded Warrior Program which provides wounded service members with meaningful work experience through internship opportunities within the IC.
Assist with administrative tasks associated with IC Collaborative Recruitment events such as: planning events, coordinating funding, logistical and marketing actions.
Carry out support functions of the IC Recruitment Committee (ICRC) to include close and personal interactions with the Recruitment and Outreach leads from the IC elements. Activities include longterm scheduling of the meetings, identifying and researching topics for each monthly meeting; assigning points of contact for presentations (both internal to CHCO and external); setting up the event to include access to the facility(s), meeting room preparation, developing and vetting the briefing before the ICRC, preparing briefing slides and ensuring proper documentation and read-ahead materials for all participants are distributed, following up on outstanding issues or tasking's, and the actual facilitation of the meeting.
Required Education and Experience:
Demonstrated knowledge of the IC to include but not limited to organizations, relationships, and practices.
Demonstrated ability to operate on both classified and unclassified IT systems without data spillage.
3 years of experience with Human Capital and Human Resources.
Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance.
